↬ All balances must be settled by the Deadline of Payment (DOP).
↬ A penalty worth PHP 50 PER DAY will be added to your balance if you failed to pay on the given DOP.2. REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
↬ Payments are non-refundable unless the item is out of stock.
↬ Outboxes (e.g., DVDs, albums) are for protection and may have minor scratches or discoloration. Refunds or exchanges will not be granted for such imperfections or damages during shipping.
↬ No refunds or exchanges for damages, defects, missing items, or delays caused by manufacturers, couriers, natural disasters, or force majeure.3. UNBOXING VIDEO POLICY
↬ An unboxing video is required for claims (e.g., missing items). Without it, complaints will not be accepted.
↬ "NO UNBOXING VIDEO = INVALID COMPLAINT"4. ORDER CANCELLATION
↬ Pasalo slot is not allowed.
↬ Cancellations are not allowed.
↬ If buyer will insist, a cancellation fee of 50% of the total price will apply.
↬ Failure to pay the fees will result in being tagged as a bogus buyer.
↬ Bogus buyer and joy reserver will be posted on our social media accounts.5. UNCLAIMED ITEMS
↬ Each order can only be held for up to 3 months.
↬ Orders left unclaimed (e.g., no shipping form completed or balance unpaid) beyond 3 months will be forfeited and resold without refund. Please be advised.6. LOST PARCELS & MISSING INCLUSIONS
↬ We are not liable for lost parcels.
↬ Missing or defective inclusions in sealed items are the responsibility of the manufacturer and are completely out of our control.7. SHIPPING COST
